Global free shipping. The delivery times listed below are for LED Props and MINI Props. For all other products, due to specialized logistics requirements, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks beyond the listed timeframe.

Asia-Pacific(Estimated 7 Days): Japan, South Korea, Singapore.
North America(Estimated 7-14 Days): United States, Canada.
Europe(Estimated 7-14 Days): United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland, Norway. (We also cover other EU states).
Middle East(Estimated 7-14 Days): United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman.
Oceania: New Zealand(Estimated 7-14 Days), Australia(Estimated 14-28 Days).
South America(Estimated 14-28 Days): Brazil, Chile, Colombia.
Africa(Estimated 14-28 Days): South Africa.
Other Regions: We do not list all countries. If you cannot find yours, please contact us. For special regions, delivery may be unavailable or require a shipping surcharge.
Delivery Requirements:
South Korea: A PCC (Personal Customs Code) is mandatory. It starts with a “P” followed by 13 digits.
Brazil: A valid CPF (Tax ID) is required (Format: 000.000.000-00).
Chile: Please provide your RUT number.
Saudi Arabia: An 8-character National Address (Short Address) is required for successful delivery.
Norway: Our shipping includes VOEC pre-paid tax for smooth entry.
Indonesia: Please provide your NIK (ID Number) or NPWP (Tax ID).
South Africa: For high-value orders, your ID number may be requested by customs for clearance.
Other Note: If your country is not listed above, you do not need to provide this type of information in the order notes.
After the order is shipped, A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at Click Here to Track Your Order.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited. If your order has already been processed, you’ll be covered under our Return Policy (detailed below).
Returns
We accept no-reason returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please Submit a Return Request Here.
Please note:
Your refund will be processed immediately through PayPal after we receive and confirm the returned package.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
